Cannot access IML logs (Integrated Management Log)

Hi there,

I'm trying to get access to the IML log via the web-interface (http://127.0.0.1:2381) but its failed to allow me but I can access other menus in the page.

Hope anyone can help me on this. please see the attached image).What could be wrong with the agents ?????

I really have no idea....

If you have any information(s) that could help me....would be very fine !!

Have you tried through Start - Programs - Hp System Tools - IML

yes the log can be access via the server itself start-> all program -> HP system Tools. but its failed when access via the web-interface.

What model of your server? Is there iLO? You can view IML through iLO interface (System status page -> IML link).

The second way is booting from smart start CD, there is IML link too (Maintenance page)

Try changing the security, privacy settings for the browser your using.

When you say access, do you mean actually view the IML log or are you trying to "correct" an entry in the IML through the we binterface?

127.0.0 ... you accessing System Management HOME Page, where IML will be part of application.
Do a Search on the system Management Home Page access Problem
SNMP running, agent Installed, Configured agents, Minimum requirements in JAVA, IE, COMPAQ/HP software, System Management Driver, System ROM

See if you have from start/programs/ HP Management agent / system Management Home Page (not a part of HP/COMPAQ System Tools)

Install SNMP, Reinstall ProLiant Support Pack (if any management agents or home page installed uninstall from ADD/Remove Programs if it not working for you)

Alternate Check for survey.txt then check for iml logs there

In windows platform check for starting System Home Page service
