Cannot get Storgage Status from SNMP/SMH



I have a DL380G6 running W2k8R2.


The Insight agents are installed and appear to running without error, but I cannot get anything off the storage agent. The SMH does not report anything for the controller and the cpqDriveArray MIB tree is almost completely empty (just reports: RevMajor, RevMinor, MibCondition and PollFreq).


I've updated agents to latest version:

Run lastest Proliant Service Pack to update firmware.


Completely stumped as to what else to try. Other agents are working fine, so I can get status of PSU, fans, temps, etc.


Also, in ILO the drives status reports: "Drive backplane data is not available."


Any pointers appreciated.

This was fixed by installing latest Smart Array controller driver and Insight WBEM providers.
