Cannot load 2003 R2 on ML370 G3 via SmartStart 7.51

In the past I have sucessfully installed Windows Server 2003 using the Smart Start CD. I tried installing R2 using he same method and have been unsucessful.
The installation phase prompts me to insert a valid CD. I have selected the proper option (Server 2003 standard r2) and I am, indeed, inserting the right CD. What are my options at this point?

1.Does the manual installation work i.e boot off the Win2k3 R2 Cd (for testing only)?
2.Have you tried SSCD 7.40 or 7.60?
3.Are there 2 processors?

I have tried:

Booting from the R2 install disks and I get: NTLDR is missing. Rest assured, I am using the proper install CDs.

Booting from the SSCD ver 7.60 and I get: NTLDR is missing.

Yet, I can still boot from the SSCD ver 7.51 and may well be able to deploy Server 2003.

This is not making sense to me right now. I look forward to your opinion on this quandry.

Lol, ntldr missing. Is the Cd-rom first boot device? Silly but valid ;-)

Is it dual processor?

This server does not have dual processors. In addition the BIOS is set to boot from CD before the HDD. As I mentioneed earlier the SSCD 7.51 will boot, but SSCD 7.6 and the R2 CD's will not.
