Cannot start ORCA on ML 350 G4

Why, cannot start utility ORCA, or ACU cannot see the controler. My system work with 1 hdd,I remove this hdd, and I add another 4 hdd hot-plug for creating RAID 5 array, and I cannot setting array for creating logical drive. on sctreen cannot apear - pres F8 for start ORCA

1. Upgrade the firmware of the server
2. I do find certain patches pertaining to the controller as well - try them

Did you tried to run ACU from SmartStart CD?

Did you have RAID controller installed?
ML servers did not have integrated RAID controller.

Correct, either there is no RAID controller -or- the RAID controller in not functioning for some reason. If there is one present, remove it and reinsert it (reseat) to see if the BIOS loads -OR- is the bad plane attached to the raid controller and attached to the onboard Adaptec SCSI. hit .
