Cannot update Firmware of SATA SSDs (VK000240GWSRQ) from HPG2 to HPG4

I 've already tried:
Install the rpm, flash both disks + reboot
Unpack the rpm, flash both disks + reboot
Create custom SPP with only HPG4 rpm, then booted it and run it.
Same setup with the SPP , but one of the disks was attached on the SATA controller (usually the DVD is attached there).
Tried flashing with smartpath disabled (controller cache enabled).

All of them 'succeedd' , yet after a reboot the firmware stays on HPG2.

Any ideas why the firmware update (that was 'deffered') is not starting on boot ?
Maybe a RBSU setting is preventing it ?

I would suggest, you have to log a proper case with HPE, and share the appropriate logs for further analysis.

I have managed to flash to HPG4/HPG4(B) but I'm not sure if all steps are mandatory.

1. Enable AHS
It was disabled due to the notorious NAND flash corruption
2. Flash the firmware via the rpm
3. Power off the server
4. Power on and verify the version via './setup --inventory'
5. Disable AHS and clear the AHS log
