Cant find Harddrive

The array controller cant find my 3ultra scsi wide harddrive. I'm not prompted for BIOS (F10 is not showing) I have tried to use smart start 5.10, but it cant find my drive no matter what and the display on the drive is red all the time.. What am i doing wrong

any help is appreciated
