Cant see all the RAM in DL580 G2
My server is installed with
Windows2003 Ent.
In post bios + startup hw count 14GB ram, but I can only see 3,5GB in windows ?? why ??

Please visit the following link

or open the doccument no 822842 some infomration regarding the memory on server. Since you are not able to get eaxcat infomraiton at os but at post it is working.
do update me regarding the memory configuration you are using. Because the server you are using can be configured as meory Online-Spare Memory. So please check the option what you have and revert back.

You need to enable Physical Address Extension in window

I did not work to restart the server, it has been restarted lost of times :-)
The Memory settings is "Advanced ECC"
