Carepack Entitlement Issue

My customer have a carepack registered G9DWAU003AF6 which is HP 3y 24x7 ProCurve MSM320 SW Supp. When he goes to

http://www11.itrc.hp.com/service/entitlements/viewSummary.do

It shows that there is no software support and hardware support is only temporary. Please assist in resolving this issue.

If you go to HP's warranty Check site it shows up. http://www11.itrc.hp.com/service/ewarranty/warrantyResults.do

You should call your HP rep to get this straightened out.
