Caribbean and Latin American support
I was wondering what the effective support is for Costa Rica and St. Vincent. We have several servers in these countries and although supported, it appears that it will take 3 weeks to get a motherboard for a DL380 G5 in San Jose, Costa Rica. Is this normal in these countries? According to the policy, it is NBD... Is there a specific way to go about getting support, other than receiving these parts here in the US and flying there ourselves to install?
