Cd drive access issue in Lan

Cd drive attemting Access denied...

above error is occuring ...

Blade Model: BL25p.
While installtion....
with cross cabel it's able acess cd rom drive, when it's added to Local lan it's giveing the above error..

how you try to use ? Virtual or front ?
cross recomended if yuo have iLO not Up to date, BL25p all release with firmware that do both straight or Cross. Update ILO for any Virtual or USB devices, also Server firmware too.
