Changing the BIOS language from italian to english

When I press F10 all the information are in italian language.
How can I change it to english language? What should I do?
Even Smart Start CD is running in italian language (but the CD is working in english on other server who have the BIOS in english)!!!
Can you guid me step by step?

I forgot to say that the server it's a Compaq Proliant 2500.

The problem really bother me because i'm helpless in the italian language. :-(
