Cluster Resources.

Hi,
One node of our OFS DB server connected to SAN over fibre channel hanged and the cluster resources did not failover to the other node. We run an active-active mode, the troubled server was power down yet the disk resources did not failover. When the server was booted up the disk on the failed node appeared on both nodes but not accessible. The problem was resolved by shutdown both nodes. Does anyone sugession for the cause of this problem and how to resolve it without bring down both nodes?
