Compa^c Proliant ML370

I have a compac Proliant ML370 with 5 harddisks of 36 GB.
I want to install now Windows 2000 on it but when installing after loading the startup drivers of windows 200 windows says it can not find a fysical drive. I have 5 logical drives in it, who i can see.

What do i have to do to install windows on it?

I suggest you install the server through the SmartStart CD. This should load the correct drivers at install time, what is your initial problem. You have to load the SmartArray or Scsi driver at windows 2000 install time (F6). Otherwise it will not find the discs, or better it will not find a controller with disks attached to it.
