Compaq 3000 Processor voltage question

Hello, I recently bought the 100mhz fsb board to upgrade to the 600mhz processors.

Some questions I have are;

What voltage are the Compaq processors set for?

Are the Compaq processors the Intel Katmai's?

I've seen some set at 2.0v and some at 2.05v what to be sure before I buy.
