Compaq 6400R Installation

I have the following problem.
I used SmartStat 5.50 and after initial boot, the screen goes blank and can't go any further.
I have tried it with Clean install with 2003 and works fine, however, my problem is that the RAID 4200 controller was already configured and I can't change the configuration for the disk drives. I know I'm doing something incorrect but can't think anything esle. Thansk for your ehlp.

what you tried ?
erase utility ?
ACU from smart start ?

I reset all the cards and burned th image as 4x. All works fine now.
