Compaq Array Configuration Utility

If we forget the password to logon to Compaq Array Configuration Utility, is there anyway to reset the password ?

In order to get to ACU, you have to log into the Web Agent of the Server.

The easiest way is to find a server where you can log into the the Web Agent. Then go to c:\compaq\webm directory and copy the cpqhmmd.acl file.

Copy this file to the same directory on the server where you can't login.

Go to services and restart the HP Web Agent Service and you should be ready to login.

Further to the previous post, if you only have one system and rebooting into SmartStart isn't an option, then just re-install the PSP pack which will reset all the passwords...
