Compaq ML350 G-1 Processor Upgrade

I have a COmpaq ML350 G-1 667Mhz system (2GB RAM). I understand that it is possible to upgrade this processor to a 933Mhz proc. What else will I have to do to accomplish this, and what is the part number for a 933Mhz processor?

There is nothing else you have to do. just plug it in.
