Compaq ML350 Smart Array Controller 431 - Array occasionally not appearing for boot

Hi,

98% of the time, when the server reboots, the system boots without issue. Since a PSU failiure, the system occasionally "looses" it's array and gives the heart stopping message similar to "No system disk available". After several reboots, the array comes back in and runs fine.

No errors in the array registers / all drives in the array OK. No errors in windows.

Any thoughts please! Thank you in advance for your help!

Server: Compaq ML350
Array Controller: Smart Array 431
Array Firmware: 1.24 (up to date)
Array Type: Non Hot-plug RAID5 - 1 Logical Drive
