Compaq NIC Agent Error

What's the fix/problem with this Warning in Event Viewer:
Component: Compaq NIC Agent Error: Failure in driver function: 0xff0202f4, device \Device\N1002. Cause: This error can be caused by an outdated driver version. Installing a later version of the driver may correct the problem. The data contain the error code.

Try updating the NIC driver from the latest SSD .....
