Compaq NIC teaming - CPQTEAM

Hi everyone,

Have an odd issue where someone has disbanded the teaming of two NC7770 NICs in an DL580G2 and now I am unable to team them back together.

When I go to either NIC there is no option for Compaq teaming, nor does it come up as an option when I click install (and select Protocol/service or Client. It should be a protocol option I believe.

Further I can't find CPQTEAM on the box anywhere. Does anyone know how I may re-team these NICs?

Hi,
You can find compaq teaming software in Smartstart CD and reinstall it independently.
before Smartstart Version 6.0,teaming software is in cpqsupsw\ntcsp\,after 6.0,is in compaq\csp\ntRegards

That is exactly what I needed to do. I did think it was silly that it was unistalled in the first place. But you get that!
