Compaq ProLiant 400 Server

while running offline diagnostically CD gettting this error code:- Cpu speed out of Range and the error code is 011225 this error is not coming frequently. server: Compaq ProLiant 400 Server Due to this Reason some time rebooting the server frequently.

Whats the version on offline diagnostics.... is it 7.6.0?
