Compaq ProLiant 8500R Does not Pass or display any boot

Hi All,
i've been trying to troubleshoot 8500r proliant server when you switch it on it just does a continues beeping noise , i replaced the memory and no luck also tried the memory board and replaced that but still no luck it start with me trying to upgrade the memory with new 512 but never came back on , display on the LED does not show any post information or error just shows the firmware and model thats it. any idea what the cause of the problem is ?
