Does any one know what the maximum hard drive
size the onboard scsi controller supports on
the old Compaq Proliant 1600? It currently
has 2 - 18 GB UW SCSI hard drives. I want to
upgrade them to either 36 GB or 72 GB. Just wondering if it is possible.
Any information greatly appreciated.
Joe

Re: Compaq Proliant 1600 Maximum SCSI Hard Drive Size
Thanks for all the quick responses. I will
be ordering a 36 GB Seagate ST336754LC which
according to the manual supports both SE and
LVD I/O circuit types.
Regards,
Joe
Ps. According to seagate 36 GB SCSI drives
are also out of production now.
