Compaq Proliant 5500 Fan Error

Dear All,
I have a problem with a compaq proliant 5500 with the fans.
The error message is 1611 cpu fan error.
I replace the fans with a new but the fans still not working and i receive the same message.
Do you have any idea

We change the card that the fans was connected and the system is ok
