We have four Compaq Proliant 7000 Servers. When I turned any of the servers on, it would power on and the LCD would have the fireware, but the server would not process anything.
Kindly help as I really need to make any one of the server working.
Thanks.

Re: Compaq Proliant 7000 Server Not Starting - Power On
Hi,
The Proliant 7000 does have lots of interlock checks to go through before it posts so I hope you are waiting for a few minutes before giving up.
I have attached a section of the PL6000/7000 Troubleshooting guide which might help you isolate the problem. If you need more detail or a copy of the full troubleshooting guide please e-mail me at brian.murdoch@hp.com.
I hope this helps,
Brian
