Compaq Proliant ML530

Good afternoon.

How can i install windows 2003 server to an old compaq proliant ml530 (piii - xeon) server. I tried using the latest smart cd but it won't work. The OS installation is not supported. I also tried installing directly using the Windows 2003 server but it hangs during the installation. Please help. thanks.
