Compaq SP750 Heatsink

I've found a suitable second processor for my SP750 (part number 217045-001), but it comes with the heatsink from a ProLiant ML350 generation 1 (part number 179616-003). Can anyone confirm whether the ProLiant heatsink will mount properly on the SP750 board?
