Compaq proliant 800 - will randomly shutdown

Compaq proliant 800 - will randomly die.. that is... it either freezes completely, or resarts. When i get it back up, the scsi settings are lost and the time is lost. I replaced the clock battery, and that seemed to help for about 8 hours, then it started up again. Please help.

Download this SoftPAQ and make the diskette:
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/18396.html
Run the diagnostics against your server (at least one loop) and let us know what you find?

You can also post your "system inspect" here, save the output to a text file.
