Hello i dont know how can i enter to bios settings in my server. There is only rom so i cant change any value and i want slow down my fan (term ventilator) because its too noisy. Im from Poland.

I would start with installing PSP (Proliant Support Pack).

There is not really much you can do from System ROM as fare use Marko advise. You have to Install PSP and before that Latest System ROM. If your system Management Home Page Configured from Recovery / Environmental you should be Able see Speed, it might looks noisy, however it could be normal from Report. There will be Normal or High or Speed.
