Concern: Fan blower noise every minute

HI,

I using this server for one of my client and facing noise issue from fans which are make too much noise.

Model: HP Proliant ML350 Gen 9

As per the description, the fans are making loud noise. 

In order to provide any suggestion, I would request you to share the following screenshots from iLO GUI - 

1. System Config --> Fan 

2. System Config --> Firmware 

3. System Config --> Device Inventory

4. Latest Entries in Integrated management log.
