Configure HP ProLiant ML server 370 RAID with HOT SWAPPABLE DISK

Hello,

I am running HP ProLiant ML server 370 with one single SATA HDD.

As you aware this was very basic setup. Now I wanted to set RAID with HOT SWAPPABLE DISKS.

I do not have any idea how to do this. Can some one please help me on this?

What do I need for this requiremnt ? Is there any manul or instruction sheet the shows the procedure of doing this?

Please tell us what is the server model, ML370 G? which generation.

What is the controller model in this server.

What RAID you want to do? Raid 1 or 5?

Hey, it's not a G5 or a G6 as they have smart array as standard.
A G4 maybe?

You may have to replace the disks as well, so that you get HOT PLUG disks.
