Hi!
Can i fill memory banks i that order:
1A - 1Gb
2A - NONE
3B - 1Gb
4B - 1Gb
Please help..

2A must be populated, if you want to add more memory.

No, you can't.
First memory bank can be single.
When more dan one bank is populated it must alway be in pair...
Use only Rams from the same vendor. (HP's are the most reliable)
