Confusion about memory for ML 350 G3
I've looked around on a few of the memory seller sites (Crucial, Kingston, etc...) and see the max memory for a Proliant ML 350 G3 is 8 Gig.
My confusion comes because this machine has a 32-bit processor. How can it use more than 4 Gig of memory (or am I misunderstanding something?)

Re: Confusion about memory for ML 350 G3
It's called Physical Address Extensions and allows a 32-bit processor to access memory ostensibly beyond the 4GB barrier by paging it. Search on PAE for more information.
