Controller can't see an array

When I start ACU and want to configure array, the contrller can't see any thing !! what to do anybody please help.

What disks?

Ok, one of the following items may be faulty...

Array Cont
Drive cage
Cable between the two
Drives

Are you sure everything is plugged in correctly?

I suggest updating the Firmware of the array controller (you still didnt tell us what it is) and the drives first.

Then try replacing the cable between the drive cage and the controller.
