Controlling Fan speed on a ML370

After re-insatlling NT on the ML370 (800/133)the fans are now running constantly at high speed. What do I need to add to the system to controll the speed (and where do get it from)?

Hi

Simply re-apply the latest HP Support Pack which contains the Agents that regulate the fans

Can you advise where I can get this pack from. I've looked on the Compaq/HP site but I cannot recognise the pack I need.
