Converting SW RAID to HW one

I've got one ML350 G3 with integrated SCSI adapter and two HDDs with software RAID (Windows 2000).
Now, I want to convert it to RAID1 with SmartArray 641. Is it possible without loss of data?
I guess that not, so I want to use Norton Ghost for saving disk image. And here goes my second question: Is it possible to connect U320 SCSI (72GB/15000rpm) with integrated SCSI controller?
I've got spare one from my another DL380 G4 server.

Re: Converting SW RAID to HW one

Ad1) Not possible, only backup, creating array, restore (completely different write method)
Ad2) Yes, you can
