Copying all .CFG files

Copying all .CFG files

How can I copy the System Configuration Files (.CFG) to another hard drive. Why can't I view the folder System_Partition (where the .CFG files are located) inside Windows eventhough I have set the folder settings to view all files as well as system files?

Any thoughts? Thanks
