Copying data files during setup
I have a DL360 G2 which I am using smartstart to configure.
The initial system erase etc seemed to work ok but when I try to copy the data files from the Windows 2003 standard cd the systen seems to hang, i.e. It just seems to be copying the files for a long time 45minutes+
It this to be expected? And how long should the copying data files take?
Any advice much appreciated.
Regards
David Smith

Re: Copying data files during setup
Hello David,
It all depends upon the Hardware setup basically. Just make sure that the BOOT CONTROLLER ORDER is setup properly. You should be good to go after that. Once again it all depends upon the hardware configuration. A word of advice just do the basic hardware setup first and then start adding the other components to the system.
