Could not start SNMP in DL385 G6

Hi,

I have server DL385 G6 which running Windows server 2008 64Bit version. Also installed HP SIM 6.0.

I have problem to start up SNMP services, once I tried to start SNMP services. It will shown following error message

Faulting application snmp.exe, version 6.0.6002.18005, time stamp 0x49e02e1c, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6002.18005, time stamp 0x49e0421d, exception code 0xc0000374, fault offset 0x00000000000aef37, process id 0x2358, application start time 0x01cb53daa273a517.

Did you know why and how to solve it?
