Cpq DL580G01 2xXeon 7000

hello,

i bought last days a DL580G01 with 2x Xeon 700,
1 GB RAM and 2 HDD 18.2 GB.
I mentioned that this machine is very very loud. Older Proliants like 3000 Series or small
ML350G02 or ML350G03 are not so load, when they start as this machine in normal workind
eviromenent.
how can i resolve this problem ? i set uo the machine with Smart Start 5.5 and it works with W2k server.
