CqMgServ consumed nearly 60% of processor's resource

I recently upgraded one of my Proliant ML330 servers to Windows Server 2003. I used the Proliant Essentials Foundation Pack version 7.70 to deploy Windows. After the upgrade, I noticed that the process "cqmgserv.exe" which is HP Insight Server Agents service consumed nearly 50% - 60% of the processor's resource at idle. I find this unusual. I have used the same version of Essentials Foundation Pack with another Proliant ML330 and the the process "cqmgserv.exe" did not consume that much resource at all. Has anyone experienced similar issue?
