Creating a Baseline Install

I have used SmartStart 5.20 to create Windows NT, I am now attempting to create a Baseline Build of NT. Having created the Compaq Support Paq Disks for the Array Controller, and downloaded the latest Compaq Drive Array for Wiindows NT4, when I boot from Windows NT, I press F6, and specifiy the Drivers using the floppy disks, when Windows restarts the system does not recognize the Array Controller and reports that there are no Hard Disks in my system.

Can anyone throw any light on this?
