Critical Fan failure

I have Proliant 1200 with Novel Netware 3.12, its beep four time and reboot itself, syslog error says: 0.0.0 CPQHLTH: Critical Fan failure detected (Fan #1). Server will be shut down. But all funs look working properly. I have change CPUcage with prosessor fun and prosessor board but I stil have a same problem. Would anybody have an idea what should I do? Thanks anyway.

if all the fans are spinning then it is probably the sensor on the motherboard
