Ctrl <A> prompt doesn't appear
I need to get into my SCSI configuration on boot up on my ML350 G3 to enable multi-LUN support, but I never see the Ctrl prompt during boot up. I have Compaq 64 bit Wide SCSI-3 controllers in this thing. What can i do?

Integrated Dual Channel Wide Ultra3 SCSI Ultra160/320 Controller - does it suppose to have ROM based configuration for changes? Or you use Optional Card ?

Re: Ctrl <A> prompt doesn't appear
Hi Michael,
Although the embedded controllers are Adaptec based, they have HP firmware which limits the configurable settings. You should get an F8 prompt rather than a CTRL-A prompt but you will only be able to set the multi-initiator and OBDR settings.
The controllers should however have multiple LUN support by default as this would be the case with Adaptec firmware.
Are you unable to see the hardware devices (possibly an autoloader with tape and robot) during the SCSI scan process?
