Cyclades Ze-16 Serial Expander
Hi,
I'm working on a DAS system for a research vessel. I need lots of serial ports for all of the inputs. So, I purchased a Cyclades Ze-16 serial expander, which consists of a PCI card, which attaches to an external box of ports. It tests out perfectly in my workstation, however, when I install it in the Proliant server, it refuses to work. There must be some hardware conflict, the serial expander works fine in other systems and the server works fine in all other respects, it just won't play nice with the expansion board. Any ideas how I can make it work?
Thanks,
Andy

Re: Cyclades Ze-16 Serial Expander
this is more a question for cyclades...they will need to give you the proper config for their cards...this product is untested in compaq servers
