DD3
We have the compaq DD3 drive with our server, is there a spec sheet available with this drive! reason being is that we are having problems with our backup software and the tape only seems to write 14gb to any tape! we have specified hardware if otherwise software compression but we are wondering if there are any jumpers that need to be altered on the drive itself as this is a common problem that occurs!
Upon looking on the compaq site i am unable to find a diagram of the drive! so the only way it would seem is to take the drive out itslef and see if there are any jumpers that can be modified or set!

Re: DD3
Need more information on drive. Model number and possibly Compaq replacement spare number.
