DL 120 G5 + Network Adapter 331 T

Hi guys, this is my first post and i'm a new member in HP support.

I'm bough't network adapter 331T model and install in my HP DL120 G5 server but when power on i'm see red light in CPU indicator.

I search in google about compatibility Network 331T to DL120 but not found.

Are you can a help me ?

The NC331T quickspecs does not list any G5 machines: http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/14215_div/14215_div.HTML

Card uses PCIe 2.0, DL120 G5 only has first PCIe generation.
