DL 140 G3 Windows 10 install

Hello,

I'm trying to perform a bare metal Windows 10 install on a DL 140 G3, but every time at around 30% it locks up. I even tried installing Windows 7, activating, and then installing all updates and tried an upgrade. Same issue occures at 30%. Must be a driver issue. Has anyone else been able to install Windows 10 on a DL 140 platform, or am I the only one that has even tried.

Hi,

Now i checked my e-mails and the last time I had dl140 g3 installed in 2007
You can try setup in SATA mode but it doesn't support win10.

1- F10 BIOS
2- ADVANCED / ADVANCED CHIPSET CONTROL
3- SATA CONTROLLER MODE OPTION: ENHANCED
4- SATA RAID: ENABLE
5- F10: SAVE AND EXIT
