Please find the attached snapshot (print screen) 8 of 10 CPU fans on one of the DL140 server are running at lower speed ?

have u run the offline diag for the server

Maccha Akarsh's suggestion is correct to Run a diags to check any fault with the server.

However, before that U might wanna check the Proliant support pack's version.

PSP 7.9 is out for download.
