DL 160 G5 Hyper-V Packet Loss

I am also cross-posting this to the Procurve user forum because this issue cuts across server and neworking disciplines--not to mention MS OS. It exceeds the field length so I'm attaching a file with the issue description.

I am attaching a detailed spreadsheet of the server side settings. Note there are 2 tabs in the spreadsheet--one for the host servers and one for the virtual servers.
